Our Vegas trip was sooo much fun. We bought tickets for the Friday night show to "PEEPSHOW" staring Kelly Monaco and Mel B. I though the show was amazing. I could go see it again right now. Highlight of my trip. The girls were fabulous especially Kelly. Hello she can Call ME!!!

Ok so it was the wax museum. Pres. Obama was suppose to cost money to take pictures with, but the guy who was taking pictures was on break. So Curtis ran up and got this fabulous picture. Hilarious!!! That night we went to The Garden Arena in the MGM to see

FLEETWOOD MAC in concert. Which was so much fun.

I couldn't get very good pictures since it was so dark.

I had the best trip ever! Thank you soo much to my husband who was so much fun and let me do whatever I wanted. Even went shopping with me for hours. I had the time of my life!!!

Haircuts (White Trash Style)

So last week before we left for Las Vegas, Curtis went out in the garage to shave his head. Conner says I want to have hair like you dad. Curtis thought he was joking but he wasn't. I thought why not it's summer! (Plus it's free!!!) So Curtis did it! I asked Coltin "Do you want to look like Dad?" He replied "NO!" I tried my hardest to talk him into it. (Since it's free!) He ended up talking me into a Mohawk!!! (Only until he goes back to school. He is off track right now.) So now my kids have White Trash Hair!!!

CAMP OUT!!!

Our Memorial weekend started out with a camp out. We didn't even have to go very far, just to the backyard. We were going to sleep under the stars until the forecast called for scattered showers and decided a tent would make things better. So I went and bought a tent. Set it up and got out the sleeping bags, pillows, and portable DVD player. We cooked popcorn and roasted marshmallows. It was a great night except I had to hear Curtis snore and Coltin Grind his teeth. (which I didn't even know he did) The kids thought it was awesome!! (mom and dad had to take a nap later)

It was a lot of fun. I think next time I am splurging for an air mattress!!

Preschool Graduation!!!

This is my HANDSOME Preschool Graduate!

Last night Conner had his preschool graduation from Sunshine Square. A couple of days before I took him to the store to pick out a outfit to wear. He did an awesome job picking out the outfit because he was sooo cute! As you can tell I just loved him to death. I could have took a million pictures of him. He was soo adorable!

He would not wear the dress shoes I picked out. He said they looked ugly. I had bought these shoes the day before. For next year school clothes. He begged and begged. I had Curt put them on and approve them. Curtis said let him wear what he wants. But I will have to admit he looked damn good in them!

When the program was over I went to go get Conner from his teacher and this is what I walked up on. He was hugging his teacher. Notice his legs are rapped around her. He lovers her and is going to miss her. It's a good thing that she lives 3 houses away. So we can visit her when ever we want.

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ALL!!!

I hope everyone had a great Mothers day. I had a great weekend. Curtis and I went to the Eagles concert on Saturday night at Rio Tinto stadium. The concert was awesome. The kids spent the night at Aunt Jill's. So we had a great night with no kids. To wake up on Mothers day to silence in the house was fabulous. (Thanks Jill)

When we went to pick up the kids from Jill's she told us the funniest story. Yesterday(Saturday) morning Curtis got up early with the boys and left somewhere. I didn't know where at the time, but when they came home Curt said they had went and got some sod from Home Depot to fix some spots in our backyard. Anyways during the day Curt informed me that he went to go to Serenity Day Spa in South Towne Mall to get a present for me for Mothers Day but they were closed. So I could pick something else I wanted. So back to Jill's. Jill asked me what I got for Mothers day and I told her the story and she started to laugh. I said what is so funny. She said she asked the boys that morning what they got me and there response was.

"WE GOT HER SOME GRASS!"

She thought they were kidding but now it makes sense. Curt had told the boys they were going to get a Mothers day present but didn't tell them the place was closed and just went to Home Depot. It was the greatest Mothers day present ever!

Another funny story! Today (Monday) Conner was suppose to dress up as someone you want to be when you grow up. Well if you ask Conner what he wants to be when he grows up he always answers, "I want to be a dad!" (He must think they have it made!!) So this morning I remind him what today is and what do you want to be. He said like always I want to be a dad. So I tell him go and get dressed then like a dad would get dressed. This is what he picked out.

Now the people who really know us will think this is funny. Because Curtis' famous outfit is Levis and a white t-shirt. So Conner being the smart kid thinks that is what dads are suppose to wear. How funny is that!!!
