Finally! Finally! Finally!

I went up to the University today to meet with my advisor

to finally transfer to the U of U!!

It takes a while a while for admissions

and I have to go to an orientation. I will be an U of U student

in the Fall of 2011.

Holy Crap!!!!

Now I have some hard pondering and lots of praying

about whether to be an elementary teacher

or a Jr. High teacher.

I have to decide before Feb.

These pictures are out of order but

we had a great Halloween this year.

The kids trick or treated in the rain.

Then we played games with friends until the wee hours.

We also rented Paranormal Activity and watched it.

We met up with my nieces who were visiting other friends!

That was a nice treat!

He would run the whole time if I let him.

BINGHAM GOLD 2010

Our football season is finally over!!!

(Sorry it is a love hate thing!)

Coltin's team went 4-4 in their regular season.

They went to the playoffs

and lost their first game in double overtime

20-21 to bountiful.

It was a heart breaker, but a really good fight by Bingham.

I couldn't be prouder of Coltin in his first year of football

He learned so much and had a lot of fun!

At the first of the year he played offense as the left guard.

But then the coach realized he could break through the line

better than just blocking. So then he moved to defense!

In the playoff game he broke through the line and made his first sack!

It was sooo exciting!

Also in the end of the season Coltin started to be the kicker!

He was the best little onside kicker ever.

He could get that ball to spin forever.

but I could get it to work.

Saturday was Coltin's first football game!!

He played soooo awesome!

We are sooo PROUD!!

We came back after half to score a touchdown!

The other team scored a safety in the 4th quarter.

We almost came back and got a touchdown.

We ran out of time.

So we lost 7-9 :(

We will get them next time!!!

We had to go get coldstone for the celebration!!!

DONUT FALLS!!

Today we went and hiked up to Donut Falls.

The kids and Curtis have been there, but I had not.

So we went there and then went to Park City to the Outlets and SHOP!!!

The hike started out so well.

Dad had to help Conner a lot.

He is kind of Clumsy!

He must get that from his Dad.

Coltin loved exploring all over.

Conner was ticked off because

I wouldn't let him hike where Curtis would go.
All the way to the top of the Falls.

So typical Conner set in.

He got over it thank goodness!

Coltin was really adventurist.

Except he goes a hundred miles a minute.

And falls a lot.

I told him I can't wait until you get older and have kids.

Then you could have a hundred mini heart attacks.

He said I won't! My wife will!

What a smart mouth.

(But funny!)

My 1st grader!!!

Conner started a day later than Coltin.

He got to go meet his teachers.

This year is going to be interesting.

The first half of the day he goes to his English Speaking teacher.

Learning his normal 1st grade stuff.

The second half of the day he goes to his Chinese Speaking teacher.

This is for him to learn Chinese.

He will have class like this until he graduates from 6th grade.

The goal is that by then he will be fluent in Chinese.

The whole family is learning it

and by that time hopefully we all will be fluent.

Then we will take a family trip to China!!!

This is the actual first day for him.

He was very excited!!!

He is getting sooo big.

This is my little BABY!!! :-(

Wow! A 3rd Grader!!

Coltin started the 3rd grade.

HOLY COW!

Where has the time gone.

This is the first year Coltin picked out all of his school clothes.

It's all about the skulls and the dragons.

His teacher is only a foot taller than him.

When you go into the class you have to really look for her.

She blends right in with the class.

She is really cute and fun.

Coltin really likes her.

WELCOME TO THE REST OF MY LIFE!!!

I know you all will feel for me when I say,

"This is the rest of my life!"

Coltin started football this season.

We signed him up for Bingham Football Camp.

It is a 2 day camp to help prepare him for this season.

I was a little worried he was going to be complaining

and saying how tired and hot it is.

He was sooo excited and didn't complain once.

He actually made us very proud.

He did AWESOME!!!!

Conner ran around the track the whole time.

By his own choosing.

I didn't make him.

He was sooo sweaty.

Then he would copy everything they did on the field.

He will be ready when he starts in a couple of years.

WOW! He wasn't the littlest player.

But this picture makes him look really little.

These pictures are backwards.

But I love them.

Coltin was being taught how to line up,and tackle.

He did us proud.

When all the big kids when oooooo after he hit the dummy.

But then he turned around and kicked the dummy.

They had to stop everyone and tell them that you could not do that.

It would be unsportsmanlike conduct.

But they all did laugh about how tough he was.

I would have to say that Coltin is even more excited for Football!!

He even won 1st place in the 40 yard dash in his age group.

And got a certificate to prove it.

He always brags that he is the fastest kid.

Well I guess he really is!!
